Gene Green and Mike Thompson introduced a bill in Congress to make it against the law for U.S. "recyclers" to send poisonous e-waste to developing nations.

It's a common thing for "recyclers" to sell abroad the electronic products from the united states to developing countries, where the toxics in the interior cause great harm.

This bill will permit exports of tested and operational parts and products, as well as products under guarantee, exported by the manufacturers.
