Social network Facebook announced
its first standalone application Called Messenger, the new mobile messaging application
will be available at no charge for both iOS and Android phones. The application
will deliver more functionality than regular texting, including integration
with your Facebook account.
With Messenger, you can access
your message with one click and send messages directly to phones from your
computer or phone. You can also send group messages; all are delivered both
through notifications and texts. Recipients who are not on Facebook can still
be messaged and included in groups; they receive messages as a text.
